My Flowers Re-Branding Excercise

Type of Company – SME Company based in Hertfordshire Provides floristry wedding packages, corporate flower displays and silk flowers

Brief:
Our brief was to create a new brand identity emphasising a more vibrant and fresh image in order to generate increased business opportunities within the florist industry and to design an accompanying website for enquiries and visual reference.

Action:
During our introductory meeting it quickly became apparent that the existing style was limiting in terms of its application. The logo was weak and did not reflect the modern approach or quality of the product provided. There were no marketing guidelines and with no rules advertising / packaging became non-uniform. We realised the application of the logo / marketing had to work in multi and single colour for web / print / vehicle livery / shop front.

We decided to focus on the beautiful shapes and colours the flower displays provided, creating a hand drawn flower and colourways to reflect each area covered.

After the logo creation full branding guidelines were created to ensure future application by all external parties.

Client Reaction

Platinum DP made our whole rebranding process easy. The design ideas surpassed our expectations and the team produced a great new concept.
